Our Technical Service call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our experienced technicians will provide support and guidance by phone or in person based on your individual equipment support needs.

Clinical Support

The [email protected] Clinical Resource Line provides healthcare professionals with an additional resource to reinforce education and training support for equipment use, product functionality and connectology related to home therapies products manufactured by Fresenius Renal Technologies. All information provided is in accordance with labeled use of the products. This service is staffed by experienced Medical Support Specialists with a background as Nephrology Nurses and who have specialized training to use the complete line of home therapies products offered.

The [email protected] Clinical Resource Line is available for HHD and PD professionals Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) and is open to all home therapies healthcare professionals. For clinical support, please call 1-877-954-3340.

HHD Concierge Services

We realize there are many steps associated with transitioning a patient to home hemodialysis (HHD). To simplify those steps, we offer the HHD Concierge Service to you and your patients. Thanks to this customer-focused service, home evaluation guidance, preparation and delivery of the equipment needed to support care is easily managed by a team of experts. This allows you and your team to focus on patient and caregiver training.

The HHD Concierge Service from Fresenius Renal Technologies provides national assistance to home therapy program nurses and biomedical technicians throughout the evaluation, preparation and setup of new [email protected] hemodialysis systems in the patient’s home.

Whether your program is large or small, mature or recently established, you may benefit from the added support and technical assistance of the world’s leading provider of dialysis. Think of us as an extended member of your home therapy team. One call provides access to our expertise and resources, with caring people working together to effectively help you to assess, prepare and initiate home treatments on the [email protected] hemodialysis system.

STRIDES Program

In our continuing effort to ensure home therapy success we have developed a training program to support clinicians, patients and caregivers. Our Strides program provides a roadmap to [email protected] through sample patient training, core curriculum and use of learning aids. This training program can be utilized for the training of HHD patients on the [email protected] hemodialysis system, or in the in-center environment for patients interested in self-care.

The program consists of three Roadmaps and corresponding checklists that address different HHD topics:

Typically, each Roadmap training requires two to three weeks, but can be shortened or lengthened based on the patient’s and caregiver’s needs and abilities.

In addition to the quizzes built into this program, we offer the [email protected] Activities Pack. This is a set of 5 assessment tools used to gauge the patient and care partner’s knowledge of the [email protected] hemodialysis system. This can easily be incorporated into the Strides program so the home training nurse can confidently assess the patient and care partner’s knowledge as they progress through the training program.
